Shipping processing time
All orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. If we experience a high order volume, deliveries may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping within Sweden costs from SEK 59, depending on the chosen shipping option. We offer delivery to a parcel shop, workplace or home address via our shipping partners.

Germany

Available shipping methods and final shipping costs are always displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address.
Delivery confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Forever Flora AB is responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@foreverflora.se and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with a solution. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before making a claim.
